Why Windsor East?

1. Many residents in Windsor live under hardships bought about by lack of stable family and social structures, joblessness, and poor education and life knowledge. There is a great need for spiritual and economic mentorship.
2. Windsor residents are nevertheless joyful and optimistic people. The people of Windsor are keen and willing to learn, grow and work, meaning that the potential for a successful community transformation project is greatly enhanced.
3. Windsor is a community with considerable underdeveloped and untapped potential.
